Please see our preferred list of catering companies cater for all events. Please be aware your choice of caterer is essential for the professionalism of your event. They play a vital role to serve your guests throughout the event and according to the rules of our venue are to assist with breakdown and full cleanup at the end of the night, including trash removal. Should you wish to have a buffet our rules at Greenock Manor are that it is a SERVED BY CATERING STAFF BUFFET (not a self-service buffet) at least one server is required per 20 wedding guests attending.

Be sure to discuss full catering packages with the above list of caterers. It’s advisable to ask them to include all dishes, glassware, linens and full catering clean up after the event as well as trash removal with each quote. Also ask your caterer if a seated dinner or a served buffet option is available. Served Buffet options often mean less staff is required and can work out more affordable. 1 server is required per 20 confirmed guests. Most of the catering companies listed here have a team of servers and bar tenders available on request depending on the needs of your special event. In the event that any of them do not – kindly discuss this with Chanel at Greenock Manor and we will happily arrange this for you as an optional extra as we can hire additional staff should you request this.
